Lisa has been incredibly supportive since I first met her in 2017. I must admit, I was skeptical and worried about my first treatment, but it only took a couple of treatments for me to see the changes. She has helped me address physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health challenges that I have faced over the years. Specifically, after my visits I have experienced reduced stress, better sleep, hormonal balance (fertility), and physical healing (Achilles tendon). Forever grateful for Lisa's care and attention :)

Lisa Cumberland is a true healer. She knows what you need before you even know that you need it. Her space is clean, clutter free (unlike many places I’ve attended) and I instantly felt at ease. My anxiety for needles quickly disappeared under her care. I was able to relax and absorb the entire experience. She mixed acupuncture and massage which was fantastic. She never left the room which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Lisa. She is professional, kind, and dedicated. You will feel her wonderful calm energy the moment you arrive and it will stay with you for long after your treatment. I left feeling lighter, calmer and pain free. Thank you!

Last time I was in Sydney I had the pleasure of Lisa Cumberland's services. Lisa did not leave the room at all during the treatment as I am used to, instead, she gave me a massage me while the needles were in. It was such a bonus! The needles did not hurt at all and I left so relaxed and my back pain was actually gone. Lisa was knowledgeable and professional at the same time as being so warm. She was amazing!

I had never tried Acupuncture before, it may have been a mixture of being scared and skeptical but after years of chronic pain and more recently acute pain I decided to educate myself about the modality. Fortunately my first experience was with Lisa.

She was warm, compassionate and attentive before, during and after my treatment. For me she used a blend of Acupuncture (not as painful as I thought) cupping and massage and I left feeling relaxed and improved. As she also shared tips for home care which were very helpful.

I am a believer and and would definitely recommend Lisas to anyone who is tired of suffering!
